The final 10 minutes of all 55 minute classes (except Fit Gym and Silver Sneakers®) may include core strengthening, stretch and/or relaxation segment.
Express classes are 10-20 minutes shorter than noted below and do not include this final segment.
Extended classes are 70 minutes in length.

| Body Sculpting (55 minutes): An easy to follow class for all fitness levels that will target every muscle group using controlled movements and a variety of equipment including the body bar, dumbbells, ball, resistance bands, and more. You will strengthen and tone your entire body. |

| Circuit Training (55 minutes): Circuit training is an excellent way to simultaneously improve mobility, strength and stamina. The class rotates between cardiovascular exercises and toning exercises to tone the entire body. No class is the same! A challenge for all fitness levels! |

| Group Strength (55 minutes): Structured for all fitness levels to get a great entire body muscle workout. Learn how to lift weights in a structured format using the bar and plates to effectively tone and build lean muscle. The workout is about 45 minutes, the extra time allowed on the schedule is for set-up and clean-up. |

| Hip Hop (55 minutes):A fun filled class to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots calories and fat! You will learn various Hip-Hop dance moves and put it to music. This class is for all levels and will offer low impact (no jumping) and high impact options of floor aerobics. |

| IT Training (Integrated Timed Training) (55 minutes): A fun filled class that involves muscle endurance and cardiovascular strength and endurance. It is similar to a circuit class, but the entire class is done as a group and uses the different planes of motion to target all your muscles. Each segment is timed and the cardio and strength portions are integrated. |

| Kickboxing (55 minutes): Develop strength and attitude while having fun with punching and kicking combinations. This class is for all levels, and offers a challenging workout for beginners and advanced students. |

| Mix It Up! (55 minutes): Try out a little of everything. This is serious cross training and a great way to break your weight-loss plateau and burn a ton of calories! This class may include step, kickboxing, strength training, drills and more offering a great workout for beginners and advanced students. |

| Pilates (45 minutes): Based on the mat work of Joseph Pilates. Practice core stability and strength moves at all levels. |

| Pilates Cardio (45 minutes): This class is an invigorating fusion of classic Joseph Pilates movements and fat burning cardio exercises. This class revs up your cardio burn and multiplies your results while improving your cardiovascular fitness. This class is for all levels. |

Silver Sneakers® (45 minutes): These classes are appropriate for older adults who are fit and active as well as those who are sedentary, intimidated, unfamiliar with exercises, entering post-rehabilitation programs and ALL those who enjoy a positive, upbeat, social environment.

*Level 1 - Muscular Strength and Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball offer resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
*Level 2 – Cardio Circuit
Have fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
*YogaStretch
YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

| Stability Ball (45 minutes): This class uses only the stability ball to incorporate stretching, balancing, coordination and strength activities for a challenging full body workout. A great class for all fitness levels! |

| Step (55 minutes): A beginner to advanced level class that incorporates fun choreography on the step. |
|
| Step and Sculpt (55 minutes): A class for all levels that incorporates fun choreography on the step with intervals of body sculpting. A great combination of cardiovascular exercise and muscle conditioning. |

| Steppin Up! (55 minutes): This aerobics class takes step to a new level with fun and challenging choreography. This is not for those that have never stepped before, but will give intermediate and advanced steppers a fun workout! |

| Yoga (55 minutes): This class is for all levels. Gain strength, stamina, and balance as you control mind, body, and breath. |

| Yoga Plus! (55 minutes): This class is for intermediate to advanced yoga students that want to challenge their strength, stamina, and balance with more challenging yoga poses. |
