I didn't think I could do it. The weights and machines intimidated me and everyone looked so good in the weight room. I had the cardio part down pretty good (or so I thought). I had lost almost one hundred pounds and have kept it off by changing my eating and exercising; but I know I needed to take the next step and decided there was no time like the present.
I started training six months ago and have been training with Trevor for the last four months. When I started, I could not believe how weak I was. The results have been amazing. I am lifting weights, working out on the machines at increased weights and continue to take my workout to the next level. Trevor has pushed me as I have pushed myself, given me the confidence to do more and more challenging workouts and feel good about myself. He has also emphasized the importance of nutrition and a food diary.
While working with my personal trainer, I have accomplished the following:
- Lost 16.5 pounds (13.5 pounds is body fat lost)
- My body fat percentage has dropped 7.8 percent.
- Lost 30.25 total inches
- Dropped 2 jean sizes.
I have never been in this good of shape, including increasing my endurance on my cardio workouts. I could not have done this without Trevor's assistance and encouragement. I am continuing to work out with Trevor to get to the next level and continue reducing my body fat percent and hopefully losing additional inches.
I would highly recommend the personal trainer program; it has been a lifesaver for me.
