EXPERIENCE:
Kari has over twelve years experience teaching group fitness classes and has been personal training
clients since 2000. She specializes in Pilates training on apparatus, nutritional counseling, women and weight loss,
pre/post-natal fitness, and muscular rehabilitation.
Kari and her clients set realistic expectations and goals that are achieved in a short time. She focuses on partnering
with you to help design your program and goals. There will always be variety in your workouts because she is
always educating herself in new and old techniques. If you are looking for a change in your body, your spirit, or just

Hobbies/Interests:
In her spare time Kari enjoys running, biking, playing piano, painting, traveling with
her family and taking her two young boys to fun places like the zoo, water parks, beaches, parks, and community
events!
